Check the map for delivery area days. Generally, deliveries arrive between 11am and 5pm. If you won’t be home for your delivery, please let us know a safe spot to leave it for you (preferably a sheltered area).

Each week, we have order deadlines before which all changes must be made. If you live in a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery area, your deadline is the Thursday before at midday. If you live in a Thursday or Friday delivery area, your deadline is the Monday before at midday. 

For example, you make your order on a Monday via the website and your address sits in a Tuesday delivery area (check the map above), you will get a box the following week, not the same week you placed your order.
