Beetroot carpaccio


Another recipe inspired by the launch of our new organic Salad box. Ultra-thin raw beetroot slices sent to umami-flavoured heaven with a dressing of balsamic vinegar, lemon, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and yogurt.
