How to update your payment authorisation

Please complete the following steps to re-authorise payment for your Regather Box. Don’t worry, it should only take a few minutes.

Step 1: Login to your account using the details in your email.

 

Step 2: Click on – ‘Payment Methods’ (on the left hand menu). 

 

Step 3: Click on – ‘Add Payment Method’.

 

Step 4: Complete your payment information and update by clicking ‘Add Payment Method’. 

 

Step 5: Your payment is now complete and your subscription information is now up to date.

 

Step 6: You can view your current box order by clicking on –
My Subscriptions’.

As soon as we have confirmation that your payment has been set up through the new website, we will cancel existing direct debit with GoCardless so you won’t be charged twice.

You can edit your subscription, add/remove items, suspend or cancel your subscription any time. Your payment authorisation will remain up to date with any of the above changes.
