All veg we use will be seasonal and provided by Regather and our local and organic suppliers providing the best of the season. Expect delicious, hearty, warming comfort food.
Starter – Slow roasted whole shallots marinaded in raspberry vinegar & black molasses with pea veloute.
Main – Vegan firey cauldron roasted brisket with toffee apple sauce, crushed minty taters and rainbow slaw.
Dessert – Sticky Parkin pudding with pumpkin custard.
