Managing Your Regather Box Orders

Complete the order form by clicking here. You’ll be able pick your box and add any extras to your order. Then choose how regularly you get the box and whether you collect or have it delivered to your home. Please Contact us if you are in any doubt.
Click on Box Extras and browse our range of products. Select a product, set the regularity, size and quantity. Then click ‘add to existing subscription’.

To login to your account click ‘My Account‘ at the top of the website. You’ll be taken to the login page.

If you previously had a veg box subscription with us then we will have automatically generated you an account. Check your email for login information and contact us if you are in any doubt.

You can place your Box Order on hold at anytime on the My Account page.

Log in and click on My Subscriptions (on the left hand menu) to bring up a list of your current subscriptions.

Click the View button for the relevant subscription. If you know which week you want your box to restart, select the week from the drop down list. Click the ‘Go’ button after making your selection to save.

If you want to put your box on hold indefinitely, click “cancel”. You can reactivate your box order at anytime.

 

Remember you’ll need to re-activate it when your ready to start receiving them again. You might need to repeat the process if you have other separate active subscriptions.

 

 

Important note about cutoff dates
To allow time for orders to be processed/placed with our suppliers, changes need to be requested by Monday 11.59pm in any given week in order to be actioned for that week. Changes made after this point will only come into effect the following week.

My Account - Amend, Hold, Cancel

You can add/remove items, such as Milk, Eggs or Bread, or amend the size/frequency items already in your Veg Box subscription any time via your account dashboard.

To remove or amend an item, click on the relevant subscription (either the number or ‘view’ button) and you’ll be taken to the page below. Click on the ‘x’ button to the left of any product to remove the product. Alternatively click on the ‘Amend Your Subscription’ button to be taken to the chosen items product page, where you can reselect the desired size, number or frequency (e.g. weekly/fortnightly/one-off) of the item.

To add an item/s to your box subscription, simply navigate to an item via the Fruit & Box Page, and add it to your basket. Once you have finished adding items to your basket, click on checkout. You’ll be able to select the option ‘already a veg box customer – add to my next box’ when completing the checkout process.

You can amend your personal details any time via your my account dashboard.

To amend your personal details:

  • click on Edit Account (on the left hand menu) to edit your name, email or password 
  • click on Edit Address (on the left hand menu) to edit your billing or shipping address 

and you’ll be taken to the relevant page (see below for an example). You’ll need to click the ‘Edit’ button to update your Billing or Shipping Address. From there – Update the relevant information and click save. You’ll details will have been updated.

You can cancel your box or product subscription any time via your my account dashboard.

Click on My Subscriptions (on the left hand menu) to bring up a list of your current subscriptions.

Click on the View button for the relevant subscription. As shown in the picture below you’ll see options to change the subscription, including suspending, cancelling and amending the products specified in your order.

To cancel your subscription, Click the Cancel Button and that subscription will have been cancelled. You might need to repeat the process if you have other separate active subscriptions that you wish to cancel. To help us improve our service we’ll email you with a short (30 second) form that we would appreciate you filling out.

My Account - Cancel Box

You can view your orders & payment status any time via your my account dashboard.

Click on My Orders (on the left hand menu) to bring up a list of your orders. Orders payment will typically be automatically renewed but your can manually pay or update payment information for any given order that is pending payment by clicking on the pay button next to relevant orders.

You can reactivate your order anytime on the My Account page.

Log in and click on My Subscriptions (on the left hand menu) to bring up a list of your current subscriptions.

Click the View button for the relevant subscription and click Reactivate.

Remember you might need to repeat the process if you have more than one subscription.
